Sri Radha Krishna Rice Industry

Sri Radha Krishna Rice Industry is located at number 276 on South Rajapalem Road. It is a bit of a walk from the main center of Allipuram, but we like it here. This place is usually loud because of the machines running. We spend most of the day processing paddy and getting it ready. There is always a smell of toasted grain in the air, which I have grown to like over the years. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us for ages. We are not some big corporate factory, just a local spot where things get done the old way mostly. The trucks come in loaded with raw grain and leave with the finished bags. Sometimes the power goes out and everything goes quiet, which is a bit of a relief for the ears, to be honest. We just sit outside on the steps then and wait for it to come back. The building itself is older, with some cracks in the plaster, but it holds up. We do not spend much time on decorations or painting the walls. Most of the space is just for storage. If you come by, you will likely see us covered in some bits of husk or dust. It is messy work but it is what we know. We have been part of this road for a long time and plan to stay here as long as people keep eating rice.
