S.L Computer & Communication is located right on the Main Road in Kakinada. We are at 13-1-9, which is just beside Vijayalakshmi Hospital. It’s a very easy spot to find if you’re in the area. We’ve been here for a good while, dealing with computers and various communication gadgets. The shop is usually full of hardware, cables, and parts. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know exactly where every screw and motherboard is kept. Being next to the hospital means there’s always people passing by. We get a lot of walk-ins who have issues with their laptops or need a quick fix for their phones. It’s noisy because of the Main Road traffic, but we like the energy of the place. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just a small team of us who like fixing things. Sometimes the repair bench gets really backed up, especially after a storm when everyone has power surge issues. We try to be honest about how long a fix will take. There’s no fancy waiting room, just a couple of chairs by the counter. We’ve been part of the Kakinada business community for years. It’s a simple shop where we work hard and talk to our neighbors. Most of our customers have been coming to us for a long time. They know we'll give it to them straight if a laptop is too old to bother fixing. We don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. It’s just a regular shop where we drink too much tea.
