Omkar Networks

Omkar Networks has been operating out of Bowdara Road for a few years now. Our door number is 32-1-235, so we are pretty easy to find if you are familiar with this side of town. We mostly deal with internet connections and setting up small networks for homes and tiny offices nearby. It’s a bit of a messy job sometimes, crawling under desks and running wires through walls, but it’s what we do. The office is usually filled with coils of Cat6 cable and old routers that we use for spare parts. It isn't the cleanest place you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is kept. We started out with just two of us and a toolkit. Now we have a couple more guys who go out on their bikes to fix connections when the rain knocks the lines down. Bowdara Road is always noisy, so we usually have the fan on high to drown out the street sounds. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth in this neighborhood is usually enough to keep us busy. People just stop by when their WiFi stops working or if they need a new cable crimped. We try to be helpful and don't charge an arm and a leg for simple fixes. It’s practical work. We aren't a big corporation with fancy uniforms; we’re just local guys who know how to get your computers and routers talking to each other properly.
