Shrinivasam Food Factory

Our little factory is situated on Guru Nanak Colony Road in Vasavi Nagar. The address is Dr.No.4-2/478, but most folks just look for the building with the white gates. Shrinivasam Food Factory is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a place where we make various food products, nothing too fancy, just regular things people eat every day. The kitchen area is always humming with the sound of the ovens and mixers. It gets quite warm in there, especially during the summer months. We started this place a few years back with just a couple of machines. Now we have a few more, but it still feels like a small family business. We have people from the colony working with us. We all eat lunch together in the small breakroom in the back. It’s not a polished corporate office. There are flour sacks in the corners and the smell of spices is everywhere. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on making the batches right. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks or a delivery is late, and we all have to pitch in to fix it. That’s just how it is here. We like being part of the community and people around here seem to appreciate what we do. It’s hard work but we enjoy being together and making something useful.
