Prabhat Cofee Industry

We’ve been running Prabhat Cofee Industry here at Jawahar Nagar for quite some time now. It’s a small spot right near the RTC Cross Road. Most mornings start pretty early with the sound of the roaster warming up. It’s loud, but you get used to it after a few years. The smell of the beans fills up the whole street, and honestly, that’s how most people find us. We don’t have any fancy signs or anything like that. Just the shop and the machines. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, which can be annoying when there’s a lot of orders to finish. People from around the neighborhood stop by for their usual bags of powder. We just weigh it out, pack it up, and chat for a bit about the weather or the traffic outside. It gets really busy during the festival seasons, and the whole place gets covered in a fine layer of coffee dust. My hands usually smell like coffee even after I go home and wash them. We keep the floor swept as much as we can, but with people coming in and out all day from the main road, it’s a bit of a losing battle.
