You can find us over at Satya Apartment, near Timpany School. Our door number is 9-16-2/5. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the main markets, which is nice for us. We do food work here, mostly processing and getting things ready for sale. It’s a small operation, really. We started out in a tiny kitchen and eventually moved into this space so we could have more room for the equipment. It’s not a big factory. It’s more like a workshop where we spend our days figuring out recipes and packing things up. Sometimes the kids from the school walk by and you can hear them shouting during their breaks. The staff we have are local people who live nearby. We don’t have a lot of fancy rules. We just show up, do the work, and try to make something people will actually like. The apartment building is older, but it works for what we need. We keep the place clean and tidy, but there’s always a crate or a box somewhere out of place. It feels like a real workplace, not some polished showroom. We spend a lot of time on our feet, and by the end of the day, we’re usually pretty tired, but it’s a good kind of tired because we finished what we started.
