We are located at Plot Number 32 in the Jawaharlal Nehru Pharma City. Minerva Flavours and Fragrances Pvt. Ltd. is basically our everyday workspace where we deal with all sorts of scents and ingredients. Being in the Pharma City means there are always a lot of trucks and industrial activity going on around us. The air in our section of the building usually has a strong smell of whatever we are mixing that day, maybe lemon or something more floral. It is a bit of a drive to get out here from the main part of the city, but this is where the facilities are set up. Our floors are mostly concrete and the walls are lined with stainless steel equipment and glass jars. It is not a flashy office with carpets or anything like that. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time and they know exactly how to handle the different mixtures. We spend many hours checking labels and making sure the bottles are sealed up tight before they are moved out. The machinery makes a constant humming sound that you eventually stop noticing. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we just keep at it. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished corporate image. We are just a group of people working in an industrial plot, focusing on our daily tasks with these flavors and fragrances.
