Harmony Foods Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 29 in the E Block of Ida Autonagar. This part of Gajuwaka is very industrial, so our neighbors are mostly workshops and other small factories. The plot is a decent size, but it’s mostly filled with our production equipment and storage racks. We spend a lot of time checking the machines and making sure everything is running okay. The floor is painted grey but it’s got plenty of scuffs from the pallets being moved around. It’s not the quietest place to be, with all the metal banging and engines revving from the other units in Autonagar. Gajuwaka is a busy suburb, and there is always a lot of dust in the air from all the construction and industry. We have a small break area where we sit and have our lunch, usually just some plastic chairs and a table. The roof is made of corrugated sheets, so when it rains, it gets incredibly loud inside. We don't really do much in the way of decoration; the walls are mostly just bare. It’s a practical workspace designed for getting food products ready and out the door. We handle a lot of logistics every day, dealing with the drivers who come into the E Block to pick up the goods. It’s a straightforward operation and we just try to keep things moving along steadily.
