If you look for Shop No. 5 on the first floor of Chandana Complex, that’s where you’ll find us. We are near Poorna Market, so the whole street is usually packed with people and vendors. It can be quite a struggle to find parking sometimes. You have to walk up the stairs to get to our office. It’s not a very big space, just a couple of rooms with some shelves and a desk. We’ve been in this complex for a while. It’s an old building, but it’s right in the heart of the action. Poorna Market has everything, and being close to it helps us keep an eye on what’s going on. We handle a lot of phone calls and paperwork during the day. It’s mostly a marketing and distribution setup, so there are always boxes coming in or going out. Sometimes the hallway gets a bit crowded with our deliveries. We know most of the other shop owners in the building. It’s a friendly enough place. We don’t have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just a plain office where we sit and do our business. The windows look out over the street, so it’s never quiet. There is always the sound of horns and people shouting from the market below. We just get on with our tasks and try to keep things organized. Usually, we finish up around six and head home through the market crowd. It is a very busy life here.
