Compact Sys P Ltd is tucked away in Thallapalem, which is part of the Kasikota area near Vizag. It is run by Kiran, who is the son of Sarmaji, and we have been operating out of this specific location for a good while. The office is not in the middle of a big city, so it has a much slower feel to it. We mostly handle computer systems and some of the technical hardware that local businesses need help with. It is a small setup, basically just a couple of rooms with some workbenches and shelves full of spare parts and old monitors. We do not have a big staff or a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know us or have been told about us by their friends. The walk to the office is nice when the weather is not too hot, but during the summer, we definitely rely on the ceiling fans to keep us going. We spend the day troubleshooting software or fixing broken parts. It is quiet work for the most part. We like being out here in Kasikota because it is away from the main traffic of Vizag. We just open up, do the repairs that are waiting for us, and head home. It is a straightforward business without any of the fancy corporate stuff you see in the bigger towns.
