Anand Fabrication & Engineering Works

Our shop, Anand Fabrication & Engineering Works, is at No. 22-91-3/2 on Burujupeta Town Kotha Road. We are right beside the SKML Temple, so we hear the temple bells ringing all through the day while we work. It’s a busy part of the town, and there is always something going on right outside our door. Inside, it’s mostly just us, our welding machines, and a lot of raw iron and steel waiting to be used. The air usually smells like burnt metal and grease, which is just part of the job when you do fabrication. We have been in this spot for a while, and everyone around here knows where the "temple fabrication shop" is. The walls are stained from the smoke and the floor is rough from years of moving heavy pieces around. We don’t have much in the way of an office, just a small desk in the corner where we keep our papers and a couple of plastic chairs for visitors. It gets pretty noisy when we are cutting metal, so we have to shout sometimes to hear each other. When it rains, the water splashes up from the road, but we just move the gear further back. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day, and we like being part of the neighborhood here. Most of our tools have been with us for years and they still work just fine for what we need to do.
