Pj Collections

Pj Collections sits right on the Main Road in Ankapalli. Being so close to the Andhra Bank means there is always a crowd outside, which keeps things interesting for us. We have been here long enough that the local shopkeepers are all familiar faces. The shop isn't massive, but we pack a lot into it. Dealing with collections of things means we are constantly moving stock around to make space for whatever arrived that morning. Ankapalli is a busy spot, and the noise from the street usually fills the shop from the moment we open the shutters. We don't have a lot of help, so it is mostly us handling the customers, cleaning the shelves, and making sure the inventory is right. Sometimes the rain makes the road a mess, and we have to keep an eye on the door to make sure people don't track too much mud in. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in the district; we just want to keep the shelves full and the lights on. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the ceiling fan works overtime. We usually eat our lunch in the back room while talking about what needs to be ordered next. It is a straightforward business with no secrets. We just show up every morning and wait for the first person to walk through the door. It is what we know how to do and we enjoy the daily routine.
