We are based in Visakhapatnam, right at the Urvasai Junction in Subash Nagar. Our address is 57-9-6/2. Being in a port city like Vizag makes sense for an export business. It’s always noisy and busy outside with all the traffic coming through the junction. We spend our days dealing with a lot of different things that need to be sent overseas. It’s not as glamorous as it sounds. Mostly it’s just checking boxes, making sure the labels are right, and talking to truck drivers. The humidity here can be a bit much, especially in the afternoons. Our office is just a regular building in a busy neighborhood. We have been here for a while and we know how the local logistics work. We don't have a big marketing department or a polished image. We are just a small team trying to get things from here to there without too many problems. Sometimes the paperwork for the exports gets really complicated, and we spend all day on the phone. It is a lot of back and forth with the shipping agents. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. You can hear the city moving all around us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We see the big ships in the distance sometimes and it reminds us where our work is going. It is a long process from here to the container.
