Smart Systems Services

Located at No. 3/73 South Street in Vilampatti, Sivakasi, our workshop is where we do all our technical work. Smart Systems Services is a small operation. Sivakasi is known for being a hardworking town, and we fit right in. The South Street area has a lot of small businesses like ours. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular storefront with our equipment inside. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting systems and fixing things that have stopped working. It can be frustrating when you can't find a fault, but we usually figure it out eventually. The heat in Sivakasi is no joke, so we have a couple of fans going all day long. They don't do much, but it's better than nothing. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People in Vilampatti just know we are here if they have a problem with their electronics or systems. We keep a stash of spare parts in the back that has grown over the years. It’s mostly just us and the sounds of the street outside. We work steady hours and try to get home before it gets too late. There isn't any corporate ladder here, just a few people doing their jobs. We like the simplicity of it. Every day brings a different set of repairs to handle. Some are easy and some take all afternoon, but that is just how it is.
