Our place, Applefeel Technologies, is situated at No:1487 on Thiruvalluvar Colony Main Street. Being in Virudhunagar, things move at a slightly different pace than the bigger cities, and we quite like that. The office is basically just a room filled with our tools and whatever we are working on at the moment. It’s not a corporate headquarters by any stretch of the imagination. We are just a local group of people who know a thing or two about tech. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting or setting things up for people in the neighborhood. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. If something is broken, we try to fix it. If someone needs help with a system, we do our best to set it up. The colony is a nice place to work, even if the main street gets a bit dusty sometimes. We know the shopkeepers nearby, and we usually get our lunch from the same spot every day. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here; if the floor needs sweeping, whoever is free does it. We keep our overhead low so we don't have to stress too much about the small stuff. It’s just a practical, local business. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to finish the day knowing we did a decent job.
