Amrut Enterprises

We are located at Shop No. 14 in the Laxmi Niwas building. It’s a local spot on V.S. Marg, right near the Motiba Rice Mill. You can usually hear the sounds from the mill throughout the day. Our shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot into it. It’s one of those places where things are stacked up high, and we know exactly where everything is even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone else. Most of the people who come in are from the neighborhood. They’ve been living in these housing societies for years. We aren't trying to be some big chain store. We just open up in the morning, sweep the front, and start the day. Sometimes it’s just me here, other times a helper comes in to move the heavier boxes. Dealing with suppliers takes up a lot of my time on the phone. It’s a lot of back and forth about when the next delivery is coming. The V.S. Marg area is always moving, people going to work or heading home. We see the same faces every day, which is nice. It’s a regular shop for regular needs. No one expects anything fancy when they walk in, just a place that has what they need for their home. We keep it simple and just try to be helpful when someone asks a question. There is always something to do here even when it looks quiet from the street.
