Yoga Travels

We are located right on the Auroville Main Road, not too far from the New Creation Corner. It is a busy spot but we like it here. Most days start early for us because that is when the travelers start moving. We have a small office where we keep all the records and keys for the vehicles. It isn't a very fancy place, just some desks and a few chairs for when people come in to ask about prices or routes. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside and talk to the neighbors. There are a lot of trees around here which helps with the heat. We have been in this area for a while now so we know the shortcuts and which roads get flooded when it rains hard. Our drivers are local guys who live nearby and they know every turn toward Pondicherry or the beach. We don't really do big advertising because most people just walk in or find us because they live in the guest houses nearby. It gets dusty in the summer with all the bikes going past, but that is just how life is on this road. We just try to keep the cars clean and make sure the fuel is topped up before someone needs a ride. It is simple work but it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down and the street lights come on. We often stay late to check the engines and chat about the day's trips.
