Our place is at number 123 in Thulasi Nagar, over in Kanuru. It’s a quiet residential area compared to the main part of the city. We’ve been working out of this spot for a few years now. Most of what we do is around Kanuru and the nearby colonies. We aren't a big company with lots of fancy branches. It’s just a small local setup here. We know the streets around here and who owns which plot of land. Often, neighbors just come by to tell us they are thinking of selling their home. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Most of our clients are people who already live around here or have heard about us from a friend or a relative. We keep our files simple and our talk even simpler. If a piece of land has a clear title, we tell you that. If there’s some kind of problem with it, we mention that too. There’s no point in hiding things in a small place like this where everyone knows each other. The office is basically just a room with some chairs and a map of the local layout pinned on the wall. We spend a lot of our time on our scooters going to check on different sites or meeting people at their homes. It’s a practical way to live and work.
