Sri Sai Durga Housing Estate

We have been over here at 2-98, Eluru Road in Prasadampadu for a while now. Sri Sai Durga Housing Estate is just a local spot where we handle housing stuff for the community. People often come by the office when they need help with plots or homes in this specific area. It is not a fancy place, just a regular desk and some chairs where we talk to neighbors and folks looking to move in. Most days it is just us keeping track of the paperwork and seeing who is looking for what. The road outside can get a bit busy during the morning hours, but we are easy to find once you get into Prasadampadu. We do not do much advertising because most people just hear about us from someone else. It is just how things work around here. We try to keep things straightforward and tell people the truth about what is available. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, other times it is quiet and we just drink some tea and wait for someone to walk in. Dealing with land and houses takes quite a bit of time, and we do not like to rush anyone. We have seen a lot of changes on Eluru Road over the years, but we are still here in the same spot.
