Shajy Real Estate is tucked away in Tulasi Nagar, specifically in the 3rd Lane off Pantakaluva Road. We are pretty close to the Thirapathamma Thalli Temple, which most people use as a landmark to find us. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very local and quiet compared to the main roads. We mostly handle properties around this specific area. If someone is looking to move into the neighborhood or sell their house here, they usually come find us. The office is part of the community, really. We aren't a big corporation with uniforms or anything like that. It's just us, some chairs, and a lot of local knowledge. We know which houses are coming up for rent and who might be looking to sell their land. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just chatting with people who stop by to ask about property values. It’s slow-paced but we stay busy enough. Dealing with the temple crowds on festival days can be a bit much, but otherwise, it’s a nice spot to work. We try to be helpful and give clear answers, even if the news isn't what someone wants to hear about a price. Real estate here is mostly about who you know and keeping your ear to the ground. That’s what we do every day in Tulasi Nagar, just helping people figure out their living situations without making too much of a fuss about it and making sure the keys are ready.
