Venkatesh Real Estate

Our office is situated at 508/45 in Chandramoulipuram. This is the Krishna district office for Venkatesh Real Estate. It’s a bit different from the city offices. Things move a bit slower here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the fields looking at land. The office itself is small. We have a calendar on the wall and a few chairs for visitors. We don't have a big staff. It's just a couple of us handling everything from paperwork to showing people around. Chandramoulipuram is a decent place to be based. We know the local farmers and the people looking to build new homes. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just find out what’s for sale and tell people who are interested. It’s honest work. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit. We don't mind. It gives us a chance to take a break and talk about the weather or the crops. We’ve been here long enough to know every corner of this area. We don't have a website with lots of photos. People just know where to find us. We are just a local real estate office trying to help people out. That's really all there is to it. No big corporate goals, just daily work and keeping the records straight.
