Trupthi Engineering Works

Trupthi Engineering Works is located at 8-14-16 in Manjunath Nagar. It’s not a huge facility, just a local shop where we keep things simple. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we’ve known each other for years. The neighborhood is mostly residential with a few small businesses mixed in, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than the big industrial zones. We spend our time working on various engineering tasks that come our way, usually small parts or repairs that people need done quickly. The shop floor is always a bit cluttered with scraps and tools, but we know exactly where everything is. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby; you just walk in and talk to whoever is closest to the door. Sometimes the machines are a bit temperamental, and we have to spend half the morning getting them to cooperate, but that’s just part of the job. It’s a modest way to make a living, and we don’t try to be anything we’re not. We take pride in just getting the job finished without too much fuss. Most days involve a lot of standing and checking measurements, and by the time we lock up in the evening, we’re pretty tired. But it’s a good kind of tired, knowing the work is done for the day. We’ve been here long enough that everyone knows the sound of our shutters opening in the morning.
