You can find us at Shop No. 1 in the Satyam Complex, located in the Mileraicentre area of Gollapudi. It’s a small shop, but it’s right where all the action is. We have a glass front, so we can see everyone walking by in the complex. Most of the time, we are busy looking over property documents or talking on the phone with people looking for advice. Being in Gollapudi for so long, we’ve gotten to know the layout of every street and the history of most of the buildings around here. The shop is a bit cluttered with stacks of papers and old maps that we’ve collected over the years. We have a small fan on the desk that rattles a bit, but it keeps us cool during the hotter months. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a small team of us who enjoy working with property. We don't use fancy words or try to impress anyone with big promises. We just tell people the facts about the local market and help them with their paperwork. Sometimes we close up a bit early if there’s a local festival or if the weather is particularly bad. We have a good relationship with the other shop owners in the complex, and we often share a meal or a tea in the afternoons. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business, and it suits us just fine.
