We are located in Flat No. 1 within the Sathyam Complex, right in the heart of Milerai Centre in Gollapudi. It’s a busy spot, and there is always something going on in the complex. Our office is right on the ground floor, which is nice because nobody has to climb any stairs to get to us. The door is usually propped open with a brick to let some air in. Inside, we have a couple of desks that don't quite match and a shelf full of old law books and property guides. We’ve been operating out of Gollapudi for a long time, so we’ve seen the way the town has grown over the years. Our work is mostly consulting, which means we spend a lot of time talking and listening. People come in with questions about land they want to buy or papers they don't understand. We try to explain things in a way that makes sense, without using all that complicated legal talk. The office isn't very big, and it can get a bit loud when the shops next door are busy, but we don't mind much. We usually have a pot of tea going on a small electric heater in the corner. It’s a very local operation, just a few of us who know the area well. We don't do any big advertising or have a fancy website. We just rely on the people we know and the work we do every day.
