Our office for Sree Realtors is located at D.No.59A-20 in Gurnanak Colony. We are right beside the Hdfc Bank, so usually, people use that as a landmark when they are trying to find us. It’s a decent spot. The neighborhood is fairly active, and we get a lot of people walking by. We started this because we lived around here and saw how much the area was changing. There’s always someone looking for a place to rent or a bit of land to build on. We don't do anything too complicated. We just keep a list of what's available and try to help people figure out the paperwork. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with maps and documents everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s just a few of us working here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites to see if they are in good shape. Gurnanak Colony has grown a lot, and we've seen it happen year by year. We don't use big words or try to act like a huge corporation. We’re just local people who know the real estate business in this specific part of town. If you need to stop by, we're usually here during the day. Just look for the bank next door and you'll see our sign. It's a simple operation, nothing flashy, just us doing our daily work. The Hdfc bank next door is always crowded in the mornings, so it's best to come see us after lunch.
