Our place is at 478-896-12 on Gandhinagaram Road. It’s a bit of a long address, but once you get here, it’s easy enough to spot. Sagarika Properties is a small operation we’ve been running for quite some time. The road gets pretty dusty during the dry season, and there’s always some construction or repair going on nearby. We spend our days mostly answering the landline and writing things down in our registers. It’s not the kind of office with glass walls or fancy carpets. We have wooden chairs and a ceiling fan that works most of the time. We know a lot about the plots and houses along Gandhinagaram Road because we’ve been walking these streets for years. Most of our clients are just regular people from the area who want to find a better rental or sell a bit of land. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. It’s just us. We take pride in knowing who the landlords are and which houses have good water supply. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside and talk to the neighbors until it comes back on. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. We try to be honest about what we know and what we don't. If a place has issues, we usually mention it because we have to live here too. We keep things real and straightforward for everyone.
