If you come down to 5-241 in Mogalrajapuram, you’ll find Raja Real Estates in Sidhartha Nagar. It’s right there in Labbipet, which is a busy part of town. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to get work done. We have some plastic chairs for people to sit on while we go through the property folders. Most of the day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop by after they finish work. The area around here has changed a lot over the years, with new shops opening up and more cars on the streets. We try to keep things simple. If someone wants to see a house, we grab the keys and head out. Sometimes we’re out in the sun for hours, and other times we’re stuck behind the desk dealing with all the government forms. The paperwork can be a real headache, but it’s part of the deal. We keep a stack of old ledgers and some newer computer printouts to track everything. It gets a bit dusty with the windows open, but we like the fresh air. Our neighbors in the nearby buildings often pop their heads in to say hello. It feels like a small community even though it's a big city. We don’t do any big advertisements; people just seem to find us because we’ve been here at this address for so long.
