Vijayawada is a fast place, but inside our office, we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. We are situated near the H O, so there’s always a lot of activity outside on the street. I’ve lived here my whole life and seen the city grow up around us. This business is something I put together because I felt like there was a need for it. It's not flashy. We have some old furniture that’s been with us since the start. Some people might say it needs an update, but it feels like home to us. We deal with all sorts of situations every day. Some of it is boring, some of it is interesting. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. It’s just me writing this. We focus on the tasks at hand. When someone comes in, we talk to them like normal people, not like we’re reading from a script. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them. That’s just how it is when you’re human. We’ve got a lot of regulars who’ve been coming to us for years. They know our names and we know theirs. It’s nice to have that connection in a big city like Vijayawada. We’re just here, doing what we do every day.
