Gurudatta Housing & Estates

Gurudatta Housing & Estates is located at 45-88 in Mahendranagar. It is right in the Bhavanipuram area where things are always moving. I’ve been working here for a long time and I’ve seen the streets change quite a bit. Mahendranagar used to have fewer houses but now it is packed. We stay busy with all the different things that come up with housing around here. The office isn't very large but we make it work. Most days it is just me and another person handling the phone calls and the files. People in Bhavanipuram usually know where to find us. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around. We just handle the estates and the houses nearby. There is a tea stall right near 45-88 and that is where we usually get our lunch. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much and the desk gets messy but we eventually clear it off. We don't use any fancy systems. Just some ledgers and a computer that is a bit slow. It is a local business and we like it that way. Most of our day is spent talking to people who live in the neighborhood. Gurudatta Housing & Estates is just a part of the community here. We don't have much to say about ourselves other than we are here every day except Sundays.
