Mahelua Krish-E Fed Farmer Producer Company Limited

We started Mahelua Krish-E Fed Farmer Producer Company Limited because we wanted to do something for the local farmers around Village Mahalua. You can find us at the Kurwai Road Chauraha, right there in Tah Kurwai. It is not a very big setup, just a group of us working out of Hameer Singh Raghuvanshi’s place. Most days we are busy with seeds or talking to people about their crops. The road gets a bit dusty but everyone knows where the chauraha is. We don't have a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. It is just a practical place for us to meet. Being in a small village like Mahalua means you know your neighbors and you know what they need for their land. We spend a lot of time just figuring things out as they come. Sometimes the weather is good and sometimes it’s not, but that is just how it goes with farming. If you are coming down the Kurwai Road, you will see us there. It is a simple life here and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be some big corporate thing. We just want to get the work done for the people here. It can be hard work some days, but having a place at the chauraha makes it easy for people to stop by and say hello or ask a question. We just keep moving forward one day at a time at the Kurwai location. We deal with whatever comes our way, from late rains to pests, and we do it together as a group of local farmers.
