L&T Construction

Our office is situated right near Mona Hospital on Bareth Road in Ganj Basoda. It’s a simple place to find if you’re familiar with the area. Being so close to the hospital means there are always people around and the occasional siren from an ambulance passing by. L&T Construction has this small branch here to keep an eye on the local projects we are handling. It’s definitely not like those big glass towers in the city. We have a few simple desks, some older computers, and cabinets full of folders that have been around for years. The walls are mostly bare, except for a couple of charts and a calendar. We handle a lot of the local logistics, so there’s a constant stream of people coming in to drop off reports or get things signed. The Bareth Road can get quite dusty, especially when it’s dry out, so we’re always having to wipe down the desks. We usually start our mornings with a quick chat about what needs to happen at the site that day. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have long meetings with fancy presentations; we just talk things over a cup of tea. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait a bit to get our work done, but that’s just how it is here. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can with our small team in Ganj Basoda. It's a quiet but steady pace.
