We've been at 23 Swastik Complex for a while now. You can find us on the first floor right by S. T. Road Tower Chowk. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we handle the paperwork for Balvi Import And Export Pvt. Ltd. Mostly, we spend our days coordinating shipments and making sure things get where they need to go. It’s busy here. Sometimes the traffic outside the tower is loud, but we’re used to it. We handle a lot of different items coming in and going out of the country. It’s a lot of logistics to manage, really. My desk is usually covered in folders and tracking notes because things change fast in this business. We just try to keep things moving. If you're coming by, look for the complex near the chowk. We aren't big on flashy signs or anything like that. We just do the work. It’s mostly just making phone calls and checking on containers. Some days are smoother than others, but that is just how it is with international trade. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it’s central for us. The tea guy downstairs knows us well because we're always ordering rounds while we work through the afternoon. It's a simple operation, really. Just a few of us here making sure the import and export stuff stays on track without too many headaches. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand.
