Pharma Equipments & Technologies

Out here at Waliv Phata, things are a bit more industrial and noisy. We are in Gala No. 3, right near the I Pol landmark. Pharma Equipments & Technologies is basically a big room full of machinery and spare parts. It gets quite hot during the day because of the tin roof, so we have a few big fans going all the time to keep the air moving. We work on the tech side of pharma, so it's a lot of grease, tools, and looking at blueprints on a cluttered desk. It isn't a clean office job. Most of the time, our hands are a bit dirty from checking the machines or testing a motor. We spend hours trying to get a single part to fit or testing a piece of equipment before it gets sent out to a client. It’s tedious work, but someone has to do it correctly. We have a couple of guys who are really good with their hands and can fix almost anything that breaks down. We don't have a website that looks like a million bucks because we’re too busy actually working on the floor. If a machine breaks down at a factory, one of us has to go out there and deal with it, no matter what time it is. It’s a lot of driving and heavy lifting. We just keep going because that’s the job we chose and we know how the equipment works.
