Bspi is located down at the Omkar Industrial Estate, specifically at Survey No. 302/2. Finding us is usually easiest if you look for Umang Pharmatech because we are right behind them. We are situated in Pelhar, not too far off the NH8 highway, which is handy for transport. The industrial estate can get pretty busy with all the different businesses going on. It’s a bit dusty sometimes with the trucks moving around, but that’s just life in an industrial zone. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now and we know the neighbors pretty well. There’s no big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door. Inside, it’s mostly just work. We handle what we need to handle and try to stay organized. Being near the highway makes it easier for the deliveries to reach us without getting stuck in the deeper town traffic too much. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit messy, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest place on the block, just trying to keep things moving smoothly. It’s a practical setup for the type of work we do here. Most of the people working in Pelhar are just trying to get through their shift and get home, same as us. We like the location because it’s straightforward and we don’t have to deal with much fuss.
