S. P. Pharma Machinery

Our workshop and office are located at Plot No. 9 in the Diamond Industrial Estate. We are out in Valiv, Vasai East, which is in the Palghar district. A good landmark is the Burma Shell petrol pump—we are right near there. S. P. Pharma Machinery is a place where we spend a lot of time around heavy equipment and metal parts. We make machinery for pharmaceutical companies, so things have to be precise, but our office itself is pretty lived-in. There are blueprints spread out on every available surface and spare parts sitting on the shelves. It’s a dusty, busy environment. We’ve been in this estate for quite a while now. The commute can be a bit long depending on where you’re coming from, but we are used to it. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. Most of our day is spent welding, cutting, or checking the alignment on a new machine. We aren't the type to wear suits or sit in fancy chairs. We are usually in the middle of a project with grease on our hands. It’s a practical business. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. People find us because they know we are here at the industrial estate. We just focus on the machines and making sure they run properly. It’s what we do. If we aren't at the workbench, we are probably out by the loading dock checking a shipment.
