Techalpa Soft Solution Private Limited

Varanasi is a city with so much history, and we’re located in the Simplex - 4 area of Vastu Vihar, near Temgra Mod in Ramnagar. It’s a bit away from the main ghats, which makes it a little quieter for doing soft solution work. We’ve got a small team here at Techalpa. Our office is more like a house that’s been converted into a workspace. It makes the whole day feel a bit more comfortable. We spend a lot of time on our computers, obviously. The internet can be a bit temperamental in this part of Ramnagar, so we’ve learned to be patient. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. Speaking of lunch, there are some good places around here to get a quick bite. We try to keep our work environment relaxed. There are no strict dress codes here. As long as the work gets done, everyone is happy. We deal with various software tasks and help local businesses get their digital stuff sorted out. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do. The office has a few plants that we sometimes remember to water. It’s just a normal, everyday kind of place to work. We like being part of the community here and getting things done.
