We aren't a big fancy firm; we're just a group of people who know how to code and solve technical problems. The desks are usually covered in coffee mugs and some loose papers with scribbled notes on them. Lahartara is a busy part of town, so the commute can be a bit of a headache some mornings, but we make it work. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. Most of us just show up in jeans and get to it. The office lighting is a bit bright, but it helps when you’re looking at code for hours. We have a small window that looks out toward the factory, and sometimes we just watch the trucks go by when we need a break. It’s a practical workspace designed for getting things done. We don't spend money on expensive art for the walls or plush carpets. We just put our heads down and work on whatever project is currently on the screen. It’s a steady rhythm we’ve got going here in Baulia and we just keep pushing forward every single day.
