We are located at S-8/392-A-1 in the Khajuri Gola area of Varanasi. It is a busy part of the city, and our office is right in the middle of all that daily activity. Every morning, one of us gets here a bit early to unlock the door and let some air in before the day really starts. The building is older, so it has a bit of character, though the stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We spend most of our time at our desks just getting through the work. You can hear the street vendors outside calling out through most of the afternoon. It is not a very large space, just enough for our computers and a small corner for making tea. We usually have a few cups throughout the day to keep going. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We don’t really have any fancy decorations or a big lobby. It is just a place where we come to do our jobs every day. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It is a pretty normal setup for a local business in Varanasi. We know most of the people who work in the nearby shops. It feels like a small community here in 221002. We’ve been here for a while and the routine hasn't changed much.
