Rahul Genral Store

Our shop is located in Sunderpur, right on the Main Road. If you know where Rajendra Vihar Colony is, we are just a short walk from there. Varanasi is a busy place, and this area is no different. At Rahul Genral Store, we mostly focus on getting things done without much fuss. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stack things high. Sometimes it feels like the boxes of snacks might tip over, but we’ve gotten used to the layout. We spend a lot of our time talking to the delivery guys and making sure the inventory is right. It can be a bit tiring standing on your feet all day, especially when it’s crowded outside. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a couple of us making sure the daily items are available for the people living nearby. The morning shift is usually the busiest with people buying bread and eggs. In the afternoon, it slows down a bit, and that is when we do the cleaning or reorganize the back corner. We don’t use any complicated systems to run things. It’s mostly just memory and a few notebooks. The Rajendra Vihar Colony residents are our main regulars, and they often stop by just to say hello while they pick up their groceries. It is a simple life on a busy road. We just try to stay stocked up on the basics and keep the shop running smoothly through the seasons.
