Varanasi is a place that stays with you, and being located at D61/38 E-3 Bagh makes us feel like we are right in the middle of everything. It’s not like those modern office complexes you find in the big metros. Our setup here at Subhiksha is much more grounded and tied to the local surroundings. The streets can be narrow and crowded, but that’s just part of life here in India. We spend our days dealing with whatever comes through the door. It’s a lot of manual work and talking to people face-to-face. You won't find any slick presentations or corporate jargon in our office. We talk in plain language and try to solve problems as they arise. The building has its own character, maybe a bit old-fashioned to some, but it suits us just fine. Living and working in Varanasi means you have to be patient and flexible. We take things as they come. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the heat gets a bit much, but we just carry on. It’s a very human way of working. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just making sure the day's tasks are handled properly for everyone involved. Being in this specific bagh area gives us a sense of community that you don’t always get in bigger, more anonymous cities. It’s our little corner of the world, and we’re quite content with it. It works for us, and that is what really matters at the end of each day.
