Isotect Innovation Private Limited

If you are in Varanasi, specifically around Sigra, you might come across Shashtri Nagar. That is where Isotect Innovation Private Limited is located, at C 19/134, L-5/22. The streets around here can be pretty narrow and busy, especially during the festival seasons, so getting to the office is sometimes an adventure. We have been in this spot for a bit. It’s a functional space. We have enough room for the team, but it gets a bit tight when we have a lot of stuff delivered. We don’t go in for fancy decorations. There are some old calendars on the wall and a lot of notebooks scattered around. Working in Varanasi has a different pace than the bigger cities. Things feel a little more personal. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells snacks on the corner. Our work is just what we do to pay the bills and stay busy. We take breaks when we can and try not to let the stress get to us. The power flickers sometimes, which is just part of life here. We just save our work often and keep going. It’s not a high-tech lab you’d see in a movie; it’s just an office with people who are good at what they do. We don't make big promises, we just show up and put in the time. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but we usually try to head home before it gets too dark.
