Our place is inside the Girdhar Das and Sons building. We are right on W.H.Smith School Road in Sigra, Varanasi. It’s a pretty well-known area. Being near the school means it gets quite noisy when the kids come out, but we don’t mind the energy. We deal with systems and tech stuff. It’s a small operation. We have been here in Sigra for a good amount of time. People in Varanasi know this road well. Our office is a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the main sign. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a workspace with desks and parts scattered around. We spend our time fixing things or setting up new systems for people. It’s mostly local business owners who come to us. We’ve known some of our clients for years. It’s a bit like a family business atmosphere. We don’t go for all that corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If something can’t be fixed, we say so. It’s easier that way. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets complicated. The summer heat in Varanasi can be tough, but we have a decent fan.
