We are set up at the address of Shubhish Pal in Banagaw. It’s a more personal sort of location for Digishive Technology Private Limited. We don't have a big office building in a tech park. Instead, we work from this spot where things are a bit more relaxed. It’s a local place, and people in the neighborhood know us. We spend our time sitting at a couple of wooden tables with our laptops. It’s not very formal here. You might hear the sounds of the village or people passing by outside. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby for people to wait in. If you come by, you’re basically walking into where we live and work. We try to keep things moving along, even if we don't have the fancy tools that big city companies have. It’s just about getting the job done with what we’ve got. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of life here. We don’t have a lot of employees, just a few of us who know each other well. We talk about the weather or what’s happening with the neighbors while we work. It’s a simple setup in a simple place. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big glass building. We just want to do our work and go about our day in Banagaw. It’s practical and it works for us every single day.
