Congent

Congent is located in Village-Baburi, within the Chandauli Tehsil. We are quite easy to find because we are near the Kashi Gramin Bank. Being in a village like Baburi means things move a bit slower than in the big cities. We like it that way. Our office is a simple structure that fits right in with the surrounding area. There isn't any flashy signage or modern glass walls here. It’s just a practical space where we get our work done. Since we are near the Kashi Gramin Bank, we see a lot of people from the village passing by every day. Some stop in to say hello or ask about what we do. We don't have any big corporate speeches ready. We just explain that we are Congent and this is where we work. The atmosphere is very local and down-to-earth. We deal with the usual village life, like the occasional power cuts or the sound of tractors going by on the road. Our team is small and everyone does a bit of everything. We don't try to sound like a big company because we aren't one. We are just part of the Baburi community in Chandauli. Most of our furniture is basic and we’ve had the same setup for a long time. It’s an honest living in a quiet place. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to be helpful to anyone who comes through the door.
