Codestag Private Limited is based right here in Varanasi, specifically around the Chhota Lalpur area on Azamgarh Road. We’ve been operating out of this spot in Pandeypur for a while now. If you know the 221002 area, you know it stays pretty active with all the traffic coming through. Our office at Sa-3/3 isn't anything flashy, just a practical space where we sit down and get to work every morning. We deal with software and tech stuff mostly. It started because a few of us wanted to stay local instead of moving to a bigger city. The summers here in Uttar Pradesh get really hot, so we're thankful for the fans and the occasional breeze. Sometimes the street noise gets loud, but we’re used to it. We don't spend money on big ads or fancy signs. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the name when they pass by. We keep a simple routine. We show up, check the emails, and work on whatever code needs fixing that day. It's a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to fixing a bug. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. There’s no big corporate ladder here. It’s just us working hard and trying to make a living in a city we actually like. That's the long and short of it.
