Our small team operates out of B 38 in the Vivek Nagar Colony in Susuwahi. It is a quiet neighborhood and we like it that way because it helps us focus on our work. We do a lot of different things related to new projects and technology, but mostly it just looks like us sitting around a big table with our laptops. The building itself is nothing special, just a regular house that we've converted into an office space. We have a few rooms filled with equipment and piles of papers that we really should organize better one of these days. There’s a small garden area outside where we sometimes sit when the weather isn’t too hot, though in Uttar Pradesh that doesn’t happen very often. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget. Most of the work we get comes from people who know us or heard about us from someone else. It is a very hands-on environment. If something breaks, we usually fix it ourselves rather than calling a repairman. We don't have a formal dress code, so most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. It's a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting our daily tasks done and making sure our work is moving forward. It’s a decent way to spend the day and we enjoy the simple setup we have here.
