Our small office for Arcis Software Solutions Private Limited is tucked away in Kodopur, Ramnagar, over in Varanasi. It’s a bit different being a tech company here compared to the big cities like Noida or Bangalore. We like the pace of Varanasi. Our building is simple and sits in a regular neighborhood. We don't have a big neon sign out front. Inside, it's just a bunch of computers and a few guys who really enjoy solving software puzzles. We focus on creating solutions that actually work for our users. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just life here. We aren't looking for fame or anything like that. We just want to provide for our families and do work that we can be proud of. Most of us are local to the area, so we don't have to travel far. We spend a lot of time testing things and making sure there aren't any errors. It’s slow, careful work. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just tell it like it is. If someone needs software help in this part of Uttar Pradesh, they usually find their way to us. It’s a honest living in a beautiful, old city. There is a lot of history here, and we enjoy being part of the community.
