4Aecros Infotech Private Limited

Varanasi is a lot to take in sometimes. We are over here in Madhav Market, right in the Lanka area. If you know the spot, you know how busy the streets get around here. 4Aecros Infotech is tucked into B 30/42- 45. It’s not a huge place with fancy lights or anything. Just some desks and computers. We started this because we wanted to work in our own city instead of moving away to some big tech hub. Most days we’re just drinking chai from the stall downstairs and looking at screens. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow and the traffic noise outside never really stops. People think tech companies have to be in big glass towers, but we’re just doing our thing in a regular market building. It gets hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep us going. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Some of the guys have been here since the start. We don't really have a big corporate story to tell. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a simple setup. Lanka is a good place to be though, because there’s always something happening right outside the door. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but that's just part of being in Varanasi. We're just 4Aecros Infotech, a local team trying to keep things moving. It is a loud place but we like it here.
