Life Care Pharmacy

Life Care Pharmacy is located at Shop No 13 in Savitri Sadan, which is part of the Gidc Colony in Umar Gav. Being inside the GIDC area means most of our customers are either workers from the nearby units or families who live in the colony housing. It’s a practical location for a pharmacy. I spend a lot of my time behind the counter, mostly just helping people find what they need. The shop is tucked into Savitri Sadan, so it stays a bit cooler inside than out on the main road. I usually open up early because that’s when people are heading to their shifts and might need to grab something before they start work. It’s not a fancy place by any means. We have our shelves, a small fridge for the injections and things that need to stay cold, and a couple of chairs if someone needs to sit for a minute. Keeping track of the stock in a place like Gidc Colony is important because people depend on us having the basics ready. Sometimes it’s quiet during the middle of the day, which gives me time to do the paperwork and check the inventory. I don't really have a big staff, so I handle most things myself, from talking to the distributors to sweeping the floor at the end of the night. It’s just a local shop trying to do its part in the colony.
