Pharmachem Industries Guj Pvt. Ltd. We are located at Plot No. 303/8/ G in the 2nd Phase of the G. I. D. C. in Vapi. If you know Vapi, you know the G. I. D. C. is a massive industrial zone. It’s full of factories, warehouses, and lots of activity. Our plot is right in the middle of all that action. The air usually smells like industry, and there is a lot of noise from the nearby plants and the trucks moving on the dusty roads. Our building is a simple industrial structure. We have a production area and a small section for the office work. It’s not a place for suits and ties; we wear practical clothes because things can get messy. We spend most of our time monitoring the processes and making sure everything is handled correctly. It’s a lot of technical work that requires everyone to pay attention. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come to the gate, you'll probably just see someone in work gear. We eat our lunch in a small break room and talk about the weekend or the weather. It’s a tough, honest environment where the work is the main focus. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we’ve gotten used to the fast pace of the industrial estate. It's just what we do to get by and keep things moving for the company.
